The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference

The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference - Malcolm Gladwell With really easy to understand examples and some humorous stories Mr. Gladwell explains how some little changes can have “epidemic” effects on social norms. I read this book with a certain purpose in mind and it met my needs. What more can someone ask for in an informational publication?
